Shipping Policy.

At Orka Gems all items are handmade and orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. Once the items have been shipped, parcels should be delivered within 2-10 business days to arrive, depending on your shipping option.

It is important to us to be as environmentally friendly as possible, so your items will arrive in 100% compostable packages and certain parcels with a jewelry box will be recyclable.

We have 3 options for our Canadian and local customers:
Basic- This option is $6 and has NO tracking. This option can take 3-10 business days to arrive.
Express- This option is $17, trackable, and will take 2-3 business days to arrive.
Free Local Pick-up- For anyone in the Nanaimo area. Please note that once you have placed your order please contact us through our “Contact” page, email, or Instagram to set up your pick-up date and time!
*Please note that due to Covid-19, Canada Post can not ensure consistent delivery times due to the mass amounts of online orders.

Something to consider.

All Orka Gems jewelry are handmade, using crystals and gemstone, making all items unique, and therefor they are all one of a kind. Pieces will naturally have slight variations in the gemstones and crystals that are used, or seen in the photos and videos.

Return Policy.

Orka Gems offers a seven (7) day return policy in the form of shop credit. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered. We do not offer exchanges. ALL discounted and custom items are final (including on sale and promo codes).
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Additionally, we do not provide pre paid return labels; the cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the purchaser wanting a refund.

When we receive the item, you will receive shop credit and be notified via email. Please email us within seven days of receiving your item to orkagems@outlook.com to start the return process.
